2 bis, rue Neuve-Popincourt - 75011 Paris
This is our pioneer restaurant. Situated in the heart of Popincourt village with its bohemian charm and small town feel, the first Al Taglio opened its doors in 2008 on one of the prettiest squares in Paris.
Le Fooding awarded it “best little luxury”.
With a red floor, blue hues and an uncluttered aesthetic, the ambiance is international. Customers choose their own slice sizes and sit down to eat at metal and wood tables. When the sun shines, the patio is the ideal place to take in some air just a few steps from République and rue Oberkampf. Come with friends, family or solo.Discover our team members

27 rue de Saintonge - 75003 Paris
In 2011, Al Taglio opened a second restaurant in the upper Marais, close to the rue Bretagne, a few steps from the metro stations Filles du Calvaire and Saint Sébastien-Froissart. More spacious than its older sibling Popincourt, Al Taglio Saintonge has an ambiance that feels a bit more Italian.
With a wood floor and exposed stone walls, red lighting and large wood and metal tables, the atmosphere is warm and alpine.
Like the Popincourt location, pizza slices are custom cut to size, the customer takes a seat and the server brings the order. The customer opens his mouth and closes his eyes… E bella vita…Discover our team members
